I arrived to such a warm welcome from Rachel. The room felt cosy and held a beautiful energy. Nestled in the heart of Mullumbimby amongst the tree lined streets and the gentle buzzing of life around it, I instantly felt held.
The first thing I noticed was the exquisite smell of the warm oils being prepared for me and my healing. As soon as I lay on the massage table, through Rachel’s touch and gentle guidance, I immediately felt a connection to my breath. From that moment onwards, I moved into a blissful state of healing, releasing and opening.
The experience felt deeply nourishing to my cells, tissues, muscles and energy. When I got off the table I felt invigorated, but also aware that I had let go of grief and heaviness I had been carrying in my body. I felt lighter.
Afterwards I walked around the block to ground myself, but noticed I was looking up at the trees and sky, hearing the birds in a way I had not before. There was such a beautiful sense of peace and calm.
I highly recommend Rachel. She brings such a gentle and kind presence, alongside incredibly experienced and intuitive hands. Combined with the warmth of the oils, the whole experience felt deeply restorative. It was able to release what was ready to leave, nurture the parts of me needing care, and open space for something new.
